The role will involve supporting the existing sales staff at key accounts primarily focused on the Southeast Region. Candidate will be expected to have an understanding of IT Software and Hardware and have basic computer skills (Microsoft Office). The role will include preparing information and quotes for customers, managing pipeline, assisting with customer support issues, attending product training, achieving sales certifications, supporting Silex staff, customer, and partner relationships, and growing the Silex customer base. The candidate will also assist the team in planning and executing events, driving social media presence, participating in user groups, and bringing forward creative ideas to drive success.
