With over 15 years at Dell, Justin has advanced through roles in hardware, software, and cybersecurity engineering. He brings hands-on experience helping enterprise customers build stronger cyber resilience in an ever-evolving threat landscape. Justin holds multiple industry certifications, including CISSP, CEH, and CySA, and is known for his passion for mentorship and community engagement. As a frequent speaker and advocate for cybersecurity education, he is committed to developing the next generation of cyber defenders.
Omar Torres
Manager, Systems Engineering, US East – Zerto / Hewlett Packard Enterprise
Omar Torres brings over two decades of experience in enterprise IT, with deep expertise in cloud computing, IT resiliency, and disaster recovery. As the Manager of Systems Engineering for HPE’s US East region, Omar leads high-performing pre-sales engineering teams that help organizations bridge the gap between cutting-edge technology and real-world business outcomes. Prior to HPE, he held roles at ServiceNow and Zerto, where he focused on IT resilience and business continuity solutions. His hands-on experience in ransomware recovery and business continuity planning across industries makes him a valuable voice in navigating today’s cybersecurity challenges.
Dr. Joye Purser, CISSP, PhD
Global Field CISO – Cohesity
Dr. Joye Purser is the Global Field Chief Information Security Officer at Cohesity, the leading provider of data backup and recovery solutions. A recognized leader in national security and cybersecurity, she was named the 2023 ISC2 Lifetime Achievement Award Winner in Cybersecurity.
Before joining Cohesity, Dr. Purser served as the first Regional Director for Cybersecurity at CISA Region 4, where she led strategic initiatives to strengthen critical infrastructure across the southeastern United States. Her public service career includes time in the White House Office of Management and Budget, where she oversaw the Department of Defense’s $95 billion technology budget and led initiatives to secure the semiconductor supply chain. At the Pentagon, she spent a decade advising on large-scale IT programs including financial systems and electronic health records.
In the private sector, Dr. Purser has worked in global consulting, leading enterprise risk management efforts and pandemic recovery operations for millions of constituents. She has also served on Capitol Hill as a legislative staffer, where she helped draft tech workforce diversity legislation that became law.
A respected thought leader and mentor, Dr. Purser serves on the board of Cyversity and actively contributes to building more secure, inclusive, and resilient cyber communities. She holds a PhD, is a CISSP, and resides in Atlanta with her family.
Aaron Murphy
Field CTO – Americas, Veeam Software
Aaron Murphy is the Field CTO for the Americas at Veeam Software, where he plays a strategic role in advancing enterprise adoption of modern data protection and cyber resilience solutions. With over two decades of experience in storage, data management, and security, Aaron advises C-level executives on navigating complex technology landscapes and aligning data protection strategies with business outcomes.
Prior to Veeam, Aaron spent over 17 years at Commvault in multiple global leadership roles, including Worldwide Field CTO and Director of Emerging Products. He was instrumental in driving innovation, incubating new technologies, and shaping product strategy alongside the CTO. Aaron’s career also includes senior leadership roles across EMEA and the Middle East, where he led large, cross-functional engineering teams and helped customers modernize their data protection environments.
Known for simplifying complex technical topics and building trusted advisor relationships, Aaron is passionate about helping organizations tackle evolving challenges around ransomware, compliance, and data security.

His career spans a diverse range of IT leadership roles, including Presales Manager and IT Manager, with hands-on experience in infrastructure design, systems integration, and enterprise operations. Elias brings a pragmatic, customer-first approach to technology, helping organizations align their IT strategies with business continuity and security goals.
