Position Overview
As an Associate Consulting Engineer at Silex, you will collaborate with sales teams, manufacturer partners, and customers to design and implement solutions that address a wide range of technology needs. You will play a crucial role in securing customer commitment, ensuring successful technical engagements, and being exposed to a wide range of cutting-edge technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and design tailored technical solutions.
- Engage with customers to secure technical commitment and ensure successful project implementation.
- Provide coaching and professional development to sales team members, enhancing their product knowledge and technical acumen.
- Develop and maintain key relationships with customers and business partners.
- Contribute to the development of technology solutions that address business challenges
- Author whitepapers, blogs, and other educational materials for customer education and marketing purposes
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience in a technical role, with exposure to cybersecurity, cloud computing, and AI/ML technologies.
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain key relationships with customers and partners.
- Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to tackle challenging technical problems.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: creative, bold, and willing to take risks.
- Grittiness: ability to persevere and tackle hands-on problems when others fall away.
